Women's Retreat
Come gather together with other women to worship, pray, have fun, hear from God’s Word, and rest.
Dates:
- Weekend 1: September 13 – 15
- Weekend 2: September 20 – 22
Price:
- Standard Room: $175
- Tentel/Cabin: $140
- Commuter: $100
- Deposit: A $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required per person to complete registration. If registration is cancelled, the deposit and spot are forfeited. This deposit is included in the registration cost, not an additional charge.
- Add-Ons: Linens are NOT included in the registration fee. If you would like to purchase a linen bundle (bed sheets, towel, pillow, and blanket), you may do so when you register. They can also be added on at a later date.
Group Discount:
If you bring a group of 15 or more people form your church, your entire group would be eligible for a 10% discount on their registration.
- You don’t all need to register for the same housing to qualify for the discount.
- The Group Discount is only applied to the baseline registration fee and does not apply to add-on fees such as linens.
- This discount does not apply automatically, so please reach out to our office if you believe your group qualifies.
Speaker for September 13-15: Nancy Silva
Nancy Silva serves as the Spiritual Life Pastor at Vox Church. She has been serving in various ministry capacities for over 35 years and has a heart to see people living full, healthy, and healed lives in Jesus. She has served in a variety of roles in ministry including women’s leadership, mental health round tables, prayer training, and preaching. Nancy has been married to her husband Joe for 35 years and they live on the shoreline in Connecticut. She is a mother to three beautiful children and a Gaga to two incredible granddaughters.
Speaker for September 20-22: Maria Furlough
Maria Furlough is a wife, mom, pastor and author who is passionate about caring for people and leading them towards following Jesus boldly! You will find her in the Charlotte area of North Carolina with her big, amazing, and fun family. She has five kiddos (one daughter and four sons), a husband of 20 years and life is busy. Maria works at UCity The Church as Associate Pastor and has published two books: Breaking the Fear Cycle and Confident Moms, Confident Daughters. Maria loves watching anime, attempting to beat her sons at pickleball, and teaching the Word of God!

Speaker: Dave Haney
Pastor Dave Haney serves as the Senior Pastor at Hoboken Free Church in Hoboken, NJ, where he has dedicated the past eight years to ministering to the community of Hoboken and the greater NYC Metro area. Prior to assuming the role of Senior Pastor, he spent a decade in Youth Ministry. Dave’s passion for sharing the Gospel extends beyond his local congregation; he has been a featured speaker at various camp retreats throughout the Northeast for the past decade.
Educationally, Dave holds an undergraduate degree in Biblical Studies and a Master of Science in Bible from Cairn University, where he also played basketball. Today, he continues to enjoy the game with fellow enthusiasts. It was during his time at Cairn University that Dave met his wife, Becky; they have been married for 21 years and are proud parents of two daughters, aged 16 and 11, who attend Eastern Christian School, where Dave also serves as a part-time Bible teacher.
Furthering his theological education, Dave is currently enrolled in the Redeemer’s City Ministry Program, benefiting from the teachings of renowned pastor Tim Keller. Additionally, he is an active member of Forge America, a missional network dedicated to equipping individuals to serve as missionaries within their own communities.
Dave’s heart beats for Urban Ministry and witnessing the transformative power of the Gospel in people’s lives and communities. In his leisure time, he enjoys quality moments with his family and church community, relishing the diverse culinary experiences of Hoboken, exploring the vibrant cityscape of NYC, and immersing himself in the tranquility of hiking trails.
