Pricing, Housing, & Registration Info

IMPRESS WEEK & FAMILY CAMP

We currently run 2 types of summer family programming – Impress Week and Family Camp.

Impress Week

This week primarily consists of families who homeschool, but all are welcome! Impress Week only runs once each summer. Aside from being a few days shorter than our regular Family Camp weeks, there is only one primary difference between the two. For Family Camp, we create the program, but Impress Week is primarily planned and run by families who attend but are not on staff.

Family Camp

This is our weekly family program that runs all summer long. We select speakers, run chapels, create schedules, and do all of the leg-work to ensure that families have an unforgettable experience.

HOUSING OPTIONS & PRICING

Our weekly pricing (excluding Campsites) begins with a base-line fee called our Program Bundle, which is charged per person. This includes meals, kids’ programming, and usage for the full weekly session that you register for. There is an additional housing fee added to that base-line fee for anyone registering to stay in one of our on-site accommodations. This housing add-on fee is per accommodation, not per person.

Our housing options are divided into 3 tiers:

• Tentels (ten-tells) – These are a-frame cabins, and our most rustic housing option. They have electric outlets and central lighting, but they do not have heat, A/C, or a bathroom. All tentel guests share an exterior public restroom just a few steps away.
• Standard Rooms – These rooms are hotel-style. They have heat, A/C, and an interior, private bathroom.
• Suites – Only one of our buildings (Monadnock) is currently home to these large and comfortable multi-room accommodations. In addition to heat, and A/C, each suite has 2 bedrooms, a living room, and an interior, private bathroom.

Campsite Info

We also offer weekly campsites for those looking to either bring a trailer/pop-up or a tent. The campsite fee includes the site and usage for all registered guests. Campsites do not include meals or kids’ programming. Those options can be purchased separately if so desired.

Impress:

• Tent Site – $175
  • Platform sites with water and electricity
• Pop-Up Site – $200
  • Max 16 ft trailer sites with water and electricity
• Trailer Site – $250
  • Max 32 ft trailer sites with water and electricity

Family Camp:

• Tent Site – $270
  • Platform sites with water and electricity
• Pop-Up Site – $320
  • Max 16 ft trailer sites with water and electricity
• Trailer Site – $370
  • Max 32 ft trailer sites with water and electricity

Please note, weekly sites can be reserved for a maximum of 2 weeks.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Deposits

Upon booking with us, we require a deposit to confirm registrations for on-site guests. Below is a breakdown of deposit amounts for Impress Week, Family Camp, and Campsites.

• Impress Week – $250 per accommodation
• Family Camp – $250 per accommodation
• Campsites – $100 per site

Discounts

Ministerial Discount  – for families in full-time ministry. There are exclusions, so please see the information listed below if you’d like to inquire about receiving this discount.

• Applicable – Family Camp Tentel guests ONLY
• Discount Amount – 40% off of full registration fee for ministry worker, spouse, and immediate dependents (in college or younger)
• Qualification – Families with at least 1 parent/guardian in full-time ministry that need financial assistance

Single Parent/Adult Discount – for families coming with only one parent or adult in a room. There are exclusions, so please see the information listed below if you’d like to inquire about receiving this discount.

• Applicable – Family Camp Standard Room and Suite guests ONLY
• Discount Amount – 25% off of full registration fee for parent/adult and immediate dependents (in college or younger)
• Qualification – Families coming with only 1 parent/adult
