Hosting groups at Camp Spofford is one of our primary focuses as an organization – to provide a place where groups can come and focus on going deeper in relationship with one another and with our Lord. We serve dozens of churches and organizations throughout our retreat season (September to May), and we hope to have the opportunity to do the same for you!

Here’s a look at how to book, the booking timeline, our booking policy, and other general information.
How to book
We take booking inquiries over phone and email. We do not currently offer online registrations for groups wanting to run their own retreat. All inquiries can be either emailed to our Retreat Coordinator at retreats@campspofford.org, or you can give us a call at (603) 363-4788 x2108.
Booking Timeline
To effectively cater to multiple groups, please adhere to the below timeline.
- 10 days after contract received – Contract and deposit due.
- 4 weeks prior to arrival date – Discuss requests, music/sound equipment, meeting spaces, etc.
- 2 weeks prior to arrival date – Updated head count, meeting space requirements and itinerary due. Confirm food allergies.
- 1 week prior to arrival date – Review itinerary and confirm final numbers. Accommodations, meeting spaces and meal times confirmed.
- Day of Arrival – Meet with Retreat Coordinator. Discuss questions or issues. Final payment due.
- 30 days after arrival date – We will hold your retreat spot for the next 30 days. If you are interested in rebooking, please contact our Retreat Coordinator.
Retreat info
- Final bill is due and payable at the beginning of the retreat unless other arrangements have been made.
- Group deposits are non-refundable and applies to final invoice.
- Cancellations must be given no less than 30 days prior to arrival.
- Groups will be responsible for any personal injuries. Groups will be responsible for damages to the facility/equipment by their attendees.
- A Certificate of Liability Insurance must be on file for each group.
Rules and REGULATIONS
- Use of tobacco products, alcohol, and nonprescription drugs are prohibited on camp grounds.
- Camp Spofford recommends that each organization has appropriate screening for all staff with responsibility for or access to youth.
- No pets are allowed unless they are certified Service Animals.
Rebooking Policy
We want all groups who visit Camp Spofford to have the opportunity to rebook their retreat for the following year. We can offer this up to one full year in advance to allow optimum booking capability for your group. The best way to insure you have both the date and the space you desire is to rebook upon check-out with our Retreat Coordinator. Please note that you will have 30 days from check-out to rebook for the following year. Please call the office or email the retreat coordinator to rebook. If you fail to rebook within the 30 days, your weekend slot will be forfeited and open to other groups to book.
Rebooking requires a $10.00 per expected guest, nonrefundable deposit to hold the reservation. The deposit and a signed copy of your personal contract needs to be submitted within 10 days after receiving your contract.

2 nights, 5 meals, and a meeting space

Cabins & Tentels (Public Restroom):
- Adult (13+) – $120
3 nights, 8 meals, and a meeting space
Guest Rooms (Private Bathroom):
- Adult (13+) – $200
Cabins & Tentels (Public Restroom):
- Adult (13+) – $185
